i understand. i was 6'4" and 165 in high school in 1988. track and field, soccer. rail thin. ten years later i was 220, a bit fatter and significantly more muscular, but still known as 'thin'. now, i'm just overweight, but still relatively athletic. part of it is genetics, but i am overweight. you are probably one of the people i can't outrun or outexercise. specifically if you've been so thin your entire life. at nearly twice your weight, though, i'm nowhere near half as healthy as you. so the numbers lie a little.
