So last time i was at hot topic this REALLY hot chick was working behind the counter. I gave her a sticker and she said "Do you have anymore? I'd like to give them to some customers."
So I gave her a shitload of stickers, not expecting much to happen.

I went into the store today and lo and fucking behold. She had them behind the counter and was giving them to all customers who had purchases of 100$ or more. She also had one stuck on the back of the register biggrin

She said she was thinking about joining maybe even submitting a set.
I could fucking die
IF you're reading this hot chick from woodbridge mall, HI!
biggrin
biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin

Actually, in my opinion it's decidedly uncool to hate things just because they're mainstream or popular. A label whore is just as lame as an anti-label whore.

And good job on spreading the word. More members = more money for the site.

If Kayla says she's hot then all must be forgiven about the hot topic thing! I trust Kayla's judgement. If she got a hot girl to pimp the site then WAY TO GO KAYLA!! And a sticker with every $100 purchase. That girl knows her shit. Hot Topic is the obvious way to go, an there is nothing wrong with that. I'd be pissed if we were being pimped at the Gap!

i've never found anything cute in Hot Topic that was sold anywhere else except once in a great while on the internet. and i am a Target, Walmart & Kmart cheap ass ho lol! and they are usually cheaper than the other locations you can by such things, in fact, most times they're cheaper than buying the material & making things yourself nowadays. i love making my own stuff, but cloth prices have gotten atrocious, at least in the areas i've lived lately.

miss the days of GOOD thrift stores & being able to use scraps & clothing from there to make my own stuff cheap... sigh... maybe next place i live i'll find some again smile

but yeah, back on topic:

rock on! that's great that the word is being spread at HT in your area. every bit helps!

I'm gonna give more stickers out next time I go.
I'm really happy she was giving em out biggrin

And hot topic is pretty damn cheap as long as you've got a decent job.
You can buy a pair of dickies there for 32 dollars. I know because I just did. So I don't know where you pulled the 50/60 figure from.
I bought a kickass tshirt for 16.00 bucks and a poster for my best friend for 6 bucks.
Nothing out of this world there.

*shrug*
No matter! She was purdy love
where are you hot topic girl w/ the orange hair? I think i lurve you!

Hot Topic is fine, But orders over 100$ don't necessarily make the customer over 18. I hope they are being responsible.

of course not.
but if you aren't 18 you can't sign up for the site anyway.
well you've gotta have a credit card and everything.
