My dislike of noted jerk-off/"Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis has been covered on this site before. Last week saw a new development.

The millionaire producer of the "Girls Gone Wild" video series has accused guards of abusing him during his brief stay at an Oklahoma jail, a newspaper reported Friday [November 23].

Honestly, wouldn't you be more disappointed to hear he wasn't abused in jail? Part of me would feel greatly let down by the system to hear that he strolled out without a care in the world. Isn't that what jail is for? Why we all do our best to, you know, not go there. I'm not saying he should've been lynched, but what's wrong with a little roughing up from the guards, a smack or errant elbow here or there, or even there, again? Worse things have happened... at the behest of Joe Francis.

There really needs to be a sliding scale posted for all of us to see. Figuring out jail etiquette is too hard without it. If traffic violator and crooked accountant are at one end of the "respect/prisoners pummel you scale" and child molester is at the other -- well, I hope they put him towards the molester end. Near serial killers and the people who make "Family Guy."

Guards at the Grady County Law Enforcement Center denied Joe Francis food and blankets and threatened to strap him naked to a chair for 48 hours, Francis' attorneys alleged last month in court papers seeking his release on bail in a Florida case, The Oklahoman reported.

Wow, I guess we can add "world class pussy" to the things we already know about Joe Francis. Food and blankets? Threatened to strap him naked to a chair... Oh the horror! Why God, why?!

Hey, remember that harrowing episode of HBO's "OZ" when Adibisi was denied a blanket? You don't? How about that nail-biter episode of "Prison Break" where they threatened to strap the hunky model guy to a chair... but, then... didn't... You missed that one? That's odd...

Francis, 34, was held at the jail from May 17 to June 4 while being moved from a Florida jail to a federal facility in Reno, Nev., where he is awaiting trial next year on a tax evasion charge.

May 17th to June 4th, AKA -- barely enough time to starve to death. And judging by the bloated photo of him accompanying the article, he had a pretty good head start on "starvation."

Grady County officials denied the accusations, telling the newspaper that guards never threatened to strap Francis to a chair, that Francis had an extra blanket he shouldn't have had confiscated and that his transfer was delayed because his family had somehow found out when he was to have been moved, creating a potential security risk.

I'm actually surprised he's not calling it a blanky-wanky.

Wouldn't you maybe think twice about alleging abuse and going public over minor concerns like this when you're public persona is hardly one that's beloved? You would? I would, too.

"Mr. Francis was treated like every inmate that comes through the Grady County Law Enforcement Center," jail administrator Shane Wyatt told the newspaper.

I hope that's not the case. Did I miss a "wink, wink" in the article? I hope so. C'mon prisons -- your awful, horrific image burned into the public consciousness is at stake here. At least give him a blanket party...

How about they play that horrible Girls Gone Wild commercial music 24/7 in his cell? It's torture, but I think this is one instance when we can all agree it's justified.

Or even better, how about 24 hours of being rickrolled:

Haha I have to agree with everything in this article, except the part about Family Guy, and I agree with KUNGFOO about playing the terrible music from the commercials as punishment. I believe that is still an accepted form of punishment isn't it. We used to play death metal 24/7 to wear down detainees in Iraq back in 2003, I don't even know if the civilian system uses that technique any more but it's quite effective. I know I can't stand the GGW infomercial music at all. Make that douche bleed from his ears!

He was basically framed by two girls. They were underaged and got themselves on video - in the background - with their tops off. The next day he was raided and the tapes were seized. They never would have made it to one of his videotapes because they had not signed consent forms - because they weren't asked to be on film.

They are suing. Go figure.

I don't support the guy or anything, but he was totally screwed over.

I've been following this story for quite some time... morbid curiosity, I guess. Every time there's a new development, I'm shocked at how much of a pussy this guy is. It's amazing to me that he represents an entire segment (frat guy segment) of American society.

How about workin' for a living... that's torture.

I guess he got screwed. Except that he made fortunes videotaping random drunk girls taking their shirts off. It was pretty inevitable that some girls would eventually be illegal. If anyone screwed him, he did.

I'm with you. He screwed himself, by being a deluxe douchebag. I hope they do worse to him. I hope they take all his blankies away and make him watch his own infomercials, naked and tied to a chair.
Also, I'm guilty of liking Family Guy. I'm going to go take myself off to a meeting for that right now wink

No, i dont like the guy, but being denied food and blankets, and being threatened to be strapped naked to a chair is illegal. With all the media attention given to torture practices like waterboarding, people forget that simply denying food or blankets is still a form of torture. Also, making someone fear for themselves, like the threat to be strapped to the chair, is a form of psychological torture. The guy is a complete waste of human flesh, and probably deserves the torture he got, and worse, but its still illegal. also, id like to see you be denied those same things and not complain. calling him a pussy because he wants food? thats a little overboard.

this poses an interesting dilemma, when i was living in australia it was not uncommon to go to the beaches and see hundreds of topless women on the beaches,..you just got used to it, but one day i saw three topless girls who looked about 14 years old,..i pointed it out to my girlfriend, ask her what she thought..she agreed that it made her feel kinda dubious about it as well...women in adulthood we were fine with,..but these girls looked so young, however can you rightly ask them to put their clothes back on when everyone else is topless as well?..they were only exposing what every other girl was?..i still struggle with that dilemma today...was it right or wrong?..is it wrong they were young?...or would it have only been wrong if i had filmed them?

Actually, we're not.

I don't know what to tell you, man. If you don't see the difference between a woman choosing to pose in an artistic manner in a situation she is entirely in control of and some slob preying on women who are drunk and/or under various other influences and using that to get them to strip, make out, whatever else, and then sign a release form, on top of the numerous other allegations against him, rape, abuse, etc... then nothing I say is gonna change your mind.

Are the diary of Anne Frank and a pro-Hitler newsletter the same thing cause they're both "centered around" Nazis?

The mofo should have been subjected to watch Family Guy for 48 hours in a row....now that would be cruel punishment!

Are you kidding me? I'm not going to even bother to list all the differences between SG and GGW, but for one thing at least SG's are meant to be fucking sober when we consent to get naked for the world to see.

Man while I would like to say that I'm a hater of Joe Francis, I really don't see much of a problem with the company hes created. he funds parties in which girls go to in order to get drunk and take their clothes off yes, but all in all its their decision to go to these things. If there was a party where dudes go get drunk and get naked and i didnt want to be part of it i just wouldn't even go to that event. simple. also hes kinda being dicked around on this whole situation. hes been locked up for over 7 months without bail and without being convicted of a crime. Accused murderers get bail. Alleged child molesters get bail. (and if the fact that he owns a G4 means hes a flight risk, id have to disagree, since freezing his multi million dollar American assets would more than likely keep him from fleeing) And also the girls in the film lied about their ages and even forged consent forms (I believe). A lot of what is being heard about this isn't 100 % correct. Should SG be held responsible if a girl who is underage chooses to forge the required forms and get posted on the site. www.meetjoefrancis.com has some interesting information. While you may not agree with someone's choice of career, you really gotta think that if they can do this to him they can do this to anyone, and thats a scary thought. imagine being locked up for 7 months stemming from civil contempt of court for not settling with 2 girls who lied to your company and wanted to settle for 70 million dollars.
