Smokers?

Used to do a lot of sport and noone I hung out with smoked, at 25 I started hanging around a different crowd and started having the occasional bunger when I was drinking.
Then had the occasional one at work over coffee and eventually took it up full time.
I quit 5 days ago, and no it is not too early to say I quit! That's it finnished, over , never again.

I started smoking in 6th grade- but quit in 8th grade
started again in twelth smoked till I got pg- stopped
started again after having my first baby but only

CLOSET smoking. No one knew- n I liked it that way.

I quit again after getting pg with my second baby

after he was born- I smoked occassionally- in the
CLOSET. No one knew n I liked it like that.

My children have NEVER seen me smoke but my daughter knows Ive stuggled with it for years.- We talk about how it lurks in your mind if you ever start.

my last cig was three and a half weeks ago. I smoked several that night- while drinking with some friends.

before that it was like two months prior- same deal- it was a bbq- at one of hubbies friends houses.- I bummed a cig from a guy n went behind a house n smoked it.


I can not fucking help it when Im drinking- thats why I try to RARELY drink.

I know what helps me is- I dream about it.
Dreaming Im a smoker is better than dying from the cancer I guess.
How bout creative visualization? Yeah- I can just about taste the nicotine on my lips now.

I smoke VERY rarely.
But if there was no stigma attached to it- n it was good for me- Id do it openly n often,

I started way too young, about 13 or 14. Hanging out with the wrong crowd is an understatement. But the same guys who started me off on this addiction also started my off skateboarding, so I can't really complain.

I always say I'll quit soon, but who really wants to worry about it. Horrible habit but I wouldn't be me without it.

smoked since i was in 8th grade, funny... i didn't find out that my parents were both smokers until i started myself... i got the idea that the garage would be an awesome place to smoke cause id never get caught. i opened the old woodstove to chouck my butt in and holy shit.... the damn thing was half full of butts already!

Smoked a bit here and there in college and high school, but only REALLY became a smoker in the past year while getting over a poor end to a relationship. It's a bit of a weird habit though since I only do it when I am alone. None of my friends or co-workers know that I smoke. This gets kind of funny when you think that I am up to about a half pack a day. I don't know why I'm purposely keeping it a secret, but it's kind of amusing to me.
