Black Friday

I hate to admit it, but I'm going to Target in the morning to buy the Guitar Hero III + two guitar bundle for $80 for my friend.

And then I'm going to Guitar Center with my 20% off coupon.

Anyone else braving it tomorrow?

I did most of my Xmas shopping in one feel swoop last week...I just need to get 2 gift cards and a DVD and I'm done.

I hope that's not for the PS2, which you can't download new songs for, which means it's worthless.

I have to work, but I would not be caught dead shopping.
I do most of my shopping online anyway.

Well, they want it and they have a PS2. They're not video game geeks, they just like Guitar Hero.

Ah, the joys of only having three calendar holidays per year.

I am unsure whose having a killer sale...and of course the websites aren't very helpful.

I've learned to avoid stores like the plague on Black Friday.

I refuse to leave the house on Black Friday. It's just not worth it.

Yea...I think I am not going shopping either...but staying in doesn't seem much fun.

The news had a special section along with the weather about how to dress if your going out to wait in line for whatever since a few stores are opening at Midnight.

It's supposed to go down to 22 F.

One of the jewelers in town is going out of business, so I'll be popping down there to get some cheap-ass earrings for my mother and for myself. Then it's to WalMart for a few random things that have little to do with the holidays, but much to do with being naked.

I do not anticipate a pleasant experience.

I don't go to stores on Black Friday. My dad is trying to convince me to stand outside of Best Buy all night long until they open. Like that's gonna happen. There has to be a compelling bribe for me to do that.

I have to work in a store in the mall. Fun stuff.

I used to work at the AMC here in one of our malls. Utter chaos.

The last time I was ever in a retail establishment on Black Friday was back in college when I was working in retail. The last retail holiday I ever worked was one of the happiest days of my life. I swore to myself...never again.
