Even though I've never laid eyes on Frank Darabont's famously unproduced script for Indiana Jones 4, I can't help but think it was a dunderhead move for George Lucas to chuck it at the eleventh hour in favor of a different take, to the horror of both Darabont and director Steven Spielberg. Luckily, if you're Darabont, you have many irons in the fire -- this week the...
Great interview! I almost agree with the thought on not adapting The Dark Tower series, but at the same time, if The Mist comes close, I pray for it to make it to the big screen!!!! Done right, that series would blow any others out of the water!! Maine may not have much, but goddammit! We have Stephen King!!!!!

that is a good interview with Frank. I had the pleasure of working with him back in 1995 and I found him to be an extremely creative genius mind and a good to work with. Frank's talents are pretty much limited only by time, he is an amazing guy. Steven King does write some amazing stories but without the imagination, vision and hard work ethics of Frank Darabont we would not have that "real life" experience of these stories. I would love to see them collaborate on a series.
