I've been moody sense the temperature dropped, so I'm just a lil' worried about my mental condition.

You're Zarthonian; you're not sad because it's raining, it's raining because you're sad.

Go talk to your doctor. None of us can diagnose you, but I feel the same way. Winter and rain make me want to curl up in a ball and sleep/cry my way through the months of Nov.-Mar. Maybe I will buy one of those nice sun lamps...those are supposed to help.

Tardo, I can't tell if you're serious or not...I mean, people do joke around here quite a bit (except me. Ever. No, really......fuck you!).

Anyway, I moved to WA from living in two (mostly) sunny states all my life (CA and FL) and it really fucks with my mood and energy level when they grayness creeps in for months and months.

I had heard about people experiencing depression in winter months but having never lived where it was so gloomy, I assumed they could just "get over it" or "talk themselves out of it." Um.....clearly not always.

In my living room, recently put up a daylights bulb where my sliding glass door is and another near the window. I just "crack" the vertical blinds to where light spills into the room and I get that same annoying glare on my tv that makes me want to close them when they're sunny.

It's only been a week so far so I'll let you know how it works when it turns to extreme shitness in the weather department.
