As someone who read the series, this makes no sense whatsoever. I thought the main controversy was that a bunch of people thought Lupin/Sirius had a thing going on and JK never stated that in the books, ,which pissed people off for some reason. If she's assigning character's sexual orientations, Dumbledore, out of the main cast is an odd choice, because no one ever cared what tickled his wand anyway.
