It's not like he's accused of just one or two things. It's entirely possible for him to be guilty of some things, not guilty of other things, and railroaded on a third set of things. The existence of that first group doesn't remove our obligation to recognize the last two. It would be a crazy world if he didn't get sent to jail for something, but it's pretty damned important to make sure it's for the right things.

I find that the differences here lie in the fact that the SG girls are screened quite abit befor they can even start getting their pics taken, they arnt being pressured into doing it, and they arnt doing it for any other reason other then they are beautiful. Not to mention that yes, while there is alcohol portrayed in some of the sets, the girls arnt plastered while shooting.

When you get drunk you can get taken advantage of, simple as that and when these girls go on spring break, or mardi gras or some bar where cameras are they should know that they will be look apon as pieces of meat used to get men off. This is a case of a man who gets girls drunk, videotapes them (while intoxicated), gets their consent to sell their image (ummm still while intoxicated), and then makes tons of money off of that scheme... The women who do these videos just want attention and feel the only way to get the attention is to flash their boobs and to eat out their best friend on a bus, now imagine if someone found out that was your girlfriend, wouldn't you be embarassed? We all do crazy things from time to time, especially when we're drunk. But, once again, THIS IS NOT THE POINT. The point is, this guy feeds women (some of them underage) alcohol, videotapes them (once again while inebriated), gets their legal consent to share their image with the world (still while inebriated), and makes tons of money. PS- Did I mention above that a legal document is null and void if the person signing it is incapacitated?

I only know one person who has actually been in a GGW video. She didn't do it because she thought the only way she could get attention was to flash her boobs and/or eat out their friend on a bus. She did it because she was "in party mode" already, and intoxicated, and she (like I assume many others) felt flattered that she was asked and got lost in the moment.

I'm not saying that was a wise decision on her part, but don't for one fucking minute decide what someone's reason for doing something unless you actually have a clue.

And incidentally, I would not lose respect for any person who did something that they may regret later. I would, however, lose respect for someone who is as judgmental as you.

I got followed by a WOMAN at Mardi Gras who asked me to show my tits. I said no repeatedly, which was in no small way influenced by the fact that I saw a camera man behind her, only to be harassed until I threatened both of the douchebags with physical harm. These two were working for--you guessed it--GGW. I wasn't even asked to sign a release form...
