i see #2 as portraying "soft" the best

followed closely by #21 (those boobies do look mighty soft, not to mention the focus)

I vote for #14.

They're all really good, but I'm going to have to go with #7. It reminds me of being all, wait for it, soft and cuddly in a warm bed on a cold day or something. I suppose each individual image will evoke a different sensation (obviously) but that got me think "soft". Peace, and good luck.
