She made it through security.
She made it onto the plane in the first place.
I have yet to see any decency guidelines on any of the roughly 1800 flights I've taken in the last 10 years. I have also seen much less clothed women, to include bikini tops, on the flights.

This leaves me wondering -- what's next?
The nipple police -- "Sorry ma'm, but your nipples are poky today and we cannot let you fly"
The bra police -- "I don't care if you are an A cup, we require all passengers to wear a bra"
The crack police -- "I'm sorry sir, but no plumbers are allowed on our flights"
The catholic school girl police -- let's face it, the average catholic school girl outfit is SO much hotter than the outfit this chick wore
The elvis police -- "No elvis impersonators in costume. Period. Some people are finding the mere thought of you doing pelvic gyrations to be disturbing"

From a customer service standpoint, all this guy had to do was politely hand her a blanket and ask that she cover up. No matter what the skirt was (or was not) revealing, that should have taken care of any nearby puritan or parental concern without all of the stupidness of yanking her off the flight.

LOGIC?!? Good, solid logic no less? In a debate?

You sir, must be the devil!

Seriously, it sure does seem sometimes that the United States has entirely lost the ability to use rationale during a situation, rather than allow it become a big deal. You're right, whoever was in charge just had to play it cool, talk to her politely, toss her a blanket, apologize for her inconvenience, and NOT give the airlines a black eye for looking like everyone's stereotypical view of a 1950's mother from TV sitcoms.

"Not in that outfit you're not"

Is it just me or is she very much not hot?

Either way, that's completely dumb. Southwest can kiss my ass. I hereby boycott.

She's attractive, not hot, kinda like the outfit short but hardly revealing and definitely NOT worth almost getting kicked off.

As a vehemently pro-hot-naked-girls lady, I think we should all go topless on our next flights!

i was onced asked to put a sweater on (during july in fl) while on a plane because some guy didnt like my tattoos. it was fucked up. puke

i would have serious issues with that.

My response probably would have been something along the lines of "Well then tell the motherfucker to stop looking at them."

This is why i don't fly. I drive everywhere i can.

What a bunch of turds. If this sits as accepted behavior in the U.S., it gives me the leaping vomits.

They had to kick her off the plane to make a space for the woman in the head to toe burka screaming; "JIHAD!" who's only English is "Spin wash, tumble dry." and "Down to U.S.A.!"

Well, I laughed.

ha! figures.

i wonder how many free hot wings she owes her friend 'keith' to NOT EVEN kick her off the flight in the first place.

im kind of disappointed at the tone of the article and subsequent posts. is everyone's bullshit detector set to IGNORE or maybe everyone is hypnotized by thoughts of those orange pantyhose?
