The Gore Gore Girls are a noisy, tight, danceable garage rock quartet. They rock the stage with sweat and sexiness. The Detroit-based band has a bluesy feel that comes right at you and smacks you in the face and it’s obvious that they’re having fun.

I believe some musical styles and attitudes can only come out of Detroit because of the climate in this city. Gore Gore Girls are obviously one of them. I saw them play in Ann Arbor and between the blasting music and feminine power that was being emitted my jaw dropped and stayed on the floor for the entire set.
