Yes! I was scrolling down this thread hoping that somebody had had enough common sense to mention it. I could never get the damn thing to work, though.

I loved "The Barbie game"
it had Poindexter as a date to the prom (the end of the game)....
i think this version had to have been made in the late fifty's early sixty's tho....
it was so fun....I used to play it at my friends house with all of our friends at 3 in the morning and drink tea....
i miss those sleepovers! *gets all nostalgic*
ARRR!!!

d0000d, crossfire!

I am determined to make enormous size versions of both crossfire and hungry hungry hippos.

I walked into an arcade in the middle of nowhere one time, and they had a GIANT arcade version of Hungry, Hungry Hippos.

It was almost unbelievable.

Ohh. And Crossfire was great too. I remember playing that game for hours and hours and hours with my little brother.

Both of the aforementioned games were so loud and they drove my mother insane. All the more fun.

Shut the hell up! There is no way something so awesome could exist in such a cold and godless universe.

My parents wouldn't buy me any game that relied primarily on luck. I could only play games like Chess and Sequence and Scrabble.

I always wanted Don't Wake Daddy

Trivial Pursuit owns all. My family and I turned that shit into a bloodsport. It was in sharp contrast to the other game my Dad would want to play with us when we were kids.

I vote the original Talisman , with all the expansions except for the dragons one . That made the game way too deadly & a lot less fun . Also , I had Darktower too & it was a blast . Heroquest was pretty great , but we always referred to it as death in a box . The only game we played at home as a family was pokeno , which was pretty lame in retrospect .

If it's not Risk, Scrabble, or Trivial Pursuit I don't want to hear about it.
