Secret Photoshop Agent and resident Fashion Icon Zoetica often has the staff at SGHQ asking, "What's Zo Wearing?" Her unique and eccentric style is a rallying call to those who suffer from mainstream malaise. Each week, she tells us how she's combined ordinary items to create her extraordinary look. Undaunted by unusual combinations, "What's Zo Wearing" is SG's answer to middle-of-the-road makeover shows.

A bit short on time this week, but here's a little something for you, peepsicles. A classic layered utilitarian ensemble, best worn in the shade this time of year.

I coveted this skirt for months before finally giving in to temptation. Cryoflesh.com is a purveyor of fine stuff by Turbo Trance wear among other such futuristic attire. A discerning shopper must have patience to sift through some of the more Hot Topic-ish stuff, but tasteful, more minimal items are to be found here, for both male and female species no less!

Also: haircut.

Zoooom!

Black legwarmers: Leg Avenue
Green arm/legwarmers - Forever 21
Military skirt -Turbo Trance from cryoflesh.com
Platform sneakers: Demonia

The skirt is awesome. I don't see too many people layering the way you do.

Thank you! Yes, it's a little pricey, but not that bad, really - for what you're getting. As a bonus, it's super soft+comfortable, too.

The platform sneakers/legwarmer combination is awesome! Acutally so is the skirt, and just about everything else for that matter...

If this is what you do on a deadline, you should work to them more often wink
