Is it just me or does Court TV have the worst commercials?

I was watching Court TV earlier and there was a doctor commercial on. The girl they "helped" said things like "I went to a doctor and he said I had two months to live, but when I went to blah blah he said I had no expiration date! I was so relieved blah blah. . ." If a doctor said to me that I had no expiration date I'd likely walk out. Also, the commercial for the hearing device where you can hear things from far away. Like the TV turned all the way down so you don't wake up your husband/wife but with this device you can still hear it. One example was, "You can even listen in on neighbors conversations!" or "Always know when your baby is sleeping or when hes awake! (rather than going in and fucking checking yourself)." Those aren't the only ones but they stand out to me. Is this the worst commercial channel out there? With the exception of informercials.

All commercials are evil.

Evil is a compliment to me. Call it something else.
