Okay - it seems like every TV show in the world, past and present, is getting a DVD release...but like me you probably have some favorites that will never see the light of day....so what are they....

me?

Cupid (with Jeremy Piven and a great Pretenders theme song) (first and only season)
Murder One - (seasons 1 and 2)
News Radio (each season)

There used to be this really great TV show called Monsters that showcased different stories, all bizarre and all involving some kind of monster whether from outer space or form below. The episodes could range from extremely funny to downright terrifying because they accepted stories from different scfi/horror writers. One of my favorites is The Yattering and Jack by Clive Barker, I think I would by an entire season just to have that one. I still catch them on the SCIFI channel sometimes, really late at night.

The only two TV shows I've watched anything near regularly are already being released on DVD. So, for the purposes of this post, I'll cast my vote for having The Simpsons released more frequently than ONE SEASON PER YEAR. At this rate it'll be another ten years before we're caught up to the episodes that are showing now.

The other show, The X-Files, has already released the only seasons worth paying for. I've got one through four, leaving me with only season five, which I just haven't gotten around to buying yet.

The third (previously unrealased) season of Sifl & Olly is already on DVD. The other two will be released as soon as the creators get the rights back. smile

I cannot wait.

Dudley's Diner! Ha ha ha! I forgot all about that show. Charlie and Humphrey was the shit though.

Definitely VideoWest! That was amazing! I lived for that when I was 12!

I love The Goodies (the goodie goodie yum yums!), but what about the The Two Ronnies? TW3?

I'd like to the the 60's dance shows like Shindig and Hullabaloo and euro shows like Beat Club and Ready, Steady, Go!

Sha Na Na and Wait 'Til Your Father Gets Home!

personally, I'm a Johnny Bago man.
I would also like to see a box set of Woops!.... with commentary... or a Flying Blind box set so i can relive my teenage years furiously masturbating to a flickering VHS freeze frame of Tea Leoni.... ah, to be young....

I saw Beastwars for sale and about crapped my pants love

I can't wait to bask in the glory of Proto-Form X and a Megatron, while unable to turn into an enormous gun, impresses me with his devious schemes, intelligence and roller skates. The original Megatron, while fucking awesome makes me cringe in his poor decision making skills, all other incarnations make me go into denial.
Oh and the wonders of Inferno, that guy will fuck you up and crack you up at the same time.

MMM... and watching tigertron and hawkhussy die love
and Transmetal Tarantulus when he's that kickass motorcycle... love

oh, and I already bought the Clerks cartoon <3
