Chess

Any chess players on here? My friends and I have recently taken to playing regularly before rehearsals and performances.

Anyone play any variations that they particularly like?

I used to play a lot when I was younger but it's been a long time since I've touched a board. I think that's probably because I don't know where mine went.

i love playing chess.

i have no strategy or knowledge of fancy moves however.

I like playing chess, but have no one to play with. Pretty much a novice here.

I pretty much suck at it. The girlfriend's been playing again recently and insisted upon playing me. The humiliation was less than it might have been. That's all I'll say about that.

I love chess. I'm also terrible and I have the feeling that I'm never ever going to get better

As far as variations, I really, really enjoy Fischer Random Chess (chess 960)
