Jan. 12, 1992/1997 (the year HAL 9000 became active, according to 2001, the book and film respectively)

1999 (the year we discover the monolith on the moon; 2001)

2010, 2061 & 3001 (the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Odysseys; Clarke)

2019 (the year of the events in Blade Runner)

Aug. 4, 1997 (Skynet is brought online; Terminator series)

Dec. 12, 1985: The date on which everything in the world is supposed to be reduced to Dream Topping in Jasper Fforde's "Lost in a Good Book".
