It's ok, I get it; it's a clever idea... good way to get people in on these "interactive product" type deals and a good way to hook people on the "fun" of Doritos. However, like so many things, the ingenuity of Advertising (I make the word a proper noun for a reason) is misdirected. What if the people thinking of these clever ideas were promoting something useful and worthwhile? I'd much rather see a video game of someone like Bill Hicks' (can you tell the guy's a hero of mine?) "Sane Man", with the powers of "Logic" and "Reason", fighting against the forces of Fundamental Religion... something that isn't selling a product but an idea. Now that would be worth forking over a few dollars for... or writing an article about.
