Forget brown paper bags, it's time to snack in style with your very own Kurt Cobain lunchbox. Because nothing else quite satisfies like eating a potato chip and bologna sandwich out of a box that pictures a chain-smoking dead guy. Plus, it doubles as a place to hide your stash. Sure beats a sock drawer!
National Entertainment Collectibles Association, Inc is the company responsible for a treasure-trove of Cobain themed delights that go beyond just cafeteria décor.
Kurt Cobain challenged the status quo in popular music and managed to create some of the most groundbreaking albums of the past 25 years. NECA is proud to offer a selection of tasteful and collectible products commemorating one of rock's true geniuses, including apparel, giftware, lighters, and highly detailed figures.
One can only assume that by "highly detailed" they mean figurines complete with track marks and a dime's worth. Tasteful, indeed.
Who the fuck are they selling this stuff to? Sure, buy the music, but lunch boxes?? He died - 1994. That means there's people here who were, like, 5 when he died.
this lunch box has been out for quite some time. i know cos an exboyfriend of mine bought it for me for my birthday like 2 or 3 years ago. this isnt news and if it is its old news. i wanted to return it but he wouldnt tell me where he got it. so now im stuck with one.
Er, yeah. A Nirvana cd binder thingy? Okay, that might come in handy. Or a laptop skin. But.. a lunch box. No. Then again, I do know girls who use lunchboxes (in her case, The Doors) as a type of purse so maybe it'd work....
