I remember in 5th grade gym class, our gym teacher had to lift us up onto the pull-up bar for the National Fitness Test.
When it was my turn, he said something about giving him a hernia.

Now that I think of it...I should have faked a mental break-down and sued the fuck out of him. Haha.
Hell...now that I think of it...I should sue the United States Government for making that fucking test manditory...

Then I can sue the school for all the psychological damage I sustained from the teachers letting us play dodge ball.

By the time I'm done...there won't be a budget left for that school!!!
And that's just my grade school.

Mwa hahahahahahahahaha!!!

In all seriousness though...kids today are nothing like when I was a kid.
We played on a playground of rocks and asphalt. If we fell down, we skinned our knees. If we fell off the monkey bars, we landed on cold, hard ground.
Now they have recycled tire "asphalt" that's all bouncy and soft.
They don't let kids play dodge ball because it "damages their egos."

I undertand that a child's mind can be fragile...but if they are shielded from the harshness of REALITY...things aren't going to develope right.

3) As I said, an in-joke that we don't get. Because we weren't there. For the YEAR that these teachers were.

Translation: If you weren't there, you can't talk about news articles.
