Amazing, the public continually rewards here with attention and adoratrion for doing crazy-assed stuff and then all of a sudden: Damn, she needs to go to jail and stay there. What makes you act like that?
Um . . . exactly whom are you saying adores Paris? It's like asking how we could crucify Jesus and then do something nice. I know I've never crucified Jesus NOR adored Paris Hilton, and I doubt anyone in this thread did. If your comment had read:
Amazing, the people in this thread continually hate Paris with a passion and then, in a consistent fashion say "Damn, she needs to go to jail and stay there."
. . . it would have made sense. The people saying she needs to stay in jail are not those who "adored" her. The Paris lovers are still saying "Free Paris."
It's like if we asked why you killed 6 million European Jews in thew 1930s and '40s.. We'd presumably be asking someone who ha nothing to do with Jew-killing.
Oh to be a pretty rich girl... Look at all this attention she gets and shits she stirs up just for driving without her license.... When I did that they put my name in the crime section of our small town paper and I had to pay a fine... I didn't get a spot on E News.... Or a bunch of people arguing on SG.

It has noting to do with dreiving wthout a license. It has to do with violation of probation after having had several violations ignored. Probation is an alternative to jail. If you violoate the terms you are supposed to do your full time in jail.
If you were on prpbation when you were stoopped, you obviously livein a REALLY lenient area. Here just for violating the probation she was on for the initial reckless driving she'd have done likely 6 months. Then for showing up late for court she's either have another VOP and/or contempt of court and whatever jail time resuted from that, and then for the driving while suspended, since it was considered only the first offence becuase the cops had let her go before(!) she'd have done a standard 60 more days for thatt.
She basically pissed on the court and still got off ridiculously easy.

WOOOT! EPIC NEWS! paris back in jail for the full 45 days. finally a sweet taste of justice?
Paris Hilton: current Guiness Book record holder for Worlds Shortest 45 Days.
I guess she got "good time" or something ?
Didn't she find God in jail? Maybe she's on the same schedule that had millions of years of Creation completed in only 6 daze.
No one in Cali does their full term for nonviolent crimes. They usually get an extra day or two credited for every day they serve, just as long as they don't do anything bad in prison.
