I'm glad to know that the reason I'm here is because I'm exploited! If I didn't have better feminists than I to tell me that, I would never have known!

whatever

Yes. Aside from the colorful language it also makes arguments, hence well written. I'm not an expert reader but I had the sense that you could respond to it's reasoning if you were inclined. I'm not sure that I agree with the reasoning, though, only because it is such a broad all inclusive condemnation of commercial voyeurism and exhibitionism and lacks the exceptions and reservations that I usually associate with alternative perspectives.

Personally, I think she makes a lot of broad proclamations without much support. I really wouldn't even call it an argument (good or bad). As far as reasoning goes, you got reasoning out of that?

Sorry, I'm not trying to come down on you by any means. I just got a lot of anger and condescension from it and very little rational thought. But then again, it is a blog not an article. I suppose you can't really expect too much.

I admit, I was just trying hard to make sure criticism of Twisty's anti-SG article was specific and not reactionary.

I hadn't spent any time over on the darkside that is the Feminist Group until now so I didn't realize that arguments were already forming.

In any case there are situations where both parties feel there isn't discourse from the other side, which leads to break-ups and cold wars. In those relationships one should probably just focus on practicing what one preaches and more information will come from that.
