i am pretty sure that marijuana contains both sedatives and psychoactive chemicals... i know it can somehow both calm my nerves and make them worse all at the same time.
i'm not exactly sure what new information this study is presenting... that pot causes [mildly] psychotic behaviour? that it's bad for people with paranoia issues to take a drug which is widely known to cause paranoia? hrmm... thanks doctors.

We're all a little paranoid from the second hand clouds up above. Hehe.
But seriously, it all depends on the individual. I know people who it worsens and I know people it betters for when it comes to pre-existing paranoia issues.
