Im not down with those weird Real Dolls, and actually, I posted this thread because Swinging is a lifestyle and perhaps you could respond to it with an opinion or vantage point of SOME kind???

An Opinon: I think Joschka Fischer should leave the green party and joint the SPD, they would get rid of Schröder in an instant if he were to run as SPD candidate for PM.

A second Opinon: The garage has ruined post-war american residential architecture

Exactly, garages should be in the location they were in the late streetcar suburb era, on the side or in the alley- They should not act as a facade for the house, as they usually do.

I HATE GARAGES. This country has turned into a crime against architecture.

holy shit, i've never thought about it before, but you're all right on the garages tip. the neighborhood where my grandparents lived in chicago had all the garages in back facing the alley, and it looked hella cool. but all these new places put it up front right next to the living room or some shit like that to remind you that you should drive the 2 blocks to the mini mart cause walking is for commies and hippies.
ARRR!!!

If you build a city on a human scale and make it practical for people to walk or use transit or ride a bike, you will need less garage space per unit and, with smaller garages you can put them out of sight or not build them at all. Of course such places are impossible in this country, they have been zoned out of existence thanks to the sick fuck modernist lets-make-america into-a-nightmarish-version-of-the--radian-cityt-movement ideologues in this country. Fucking assholes.

i thought garages in the front of your house helped define your spot in the social pecking order. the more cars you can fit in your garage the more worth you have, obviously. then there's the added bonus that when you wash your car you can do it out in front of your house to further define where you fall in society.

it's much easier than, you know, having an actual personality or whatever.

Have you tried doing a search for Swinger on google? I got thousands of hits when I did it. From the little bit I know, there are numerous clubs around the country (and world I presume) and also from what I've heard, most of the people in the clubs are middle aged and ugly. The beautiful people who swing apparently dont join the clubs as they can swing with other beautiful people. How's that for opinion?!

Edit -- realize that this is all hearsay...
