I would suggest picking up the book “Blue Line Pro’s Digital Colors for comics” by Aaron Hubrich it comes with a CD and is probably the most useful book I’ve seen. Or “Digital Prepress for Comic Books” by Kevin Tinsley this book isn't really that great for learning how to colour it only has one chapter on the subject defiantly pick up the first book. I’m assuming you know how to use Photoshop or Painter if not then pick up a Photoshop manual as well. And here’s a good website with some great tutorials
