Asshat always seems to work for me.

Sometimes I yell "baka inu" which is improper Japanese for stupid dog. It sounds pretty mean and even though it isn't very strong it makes people pause.

I usually use "motherfucker" or "piece of shit". But the cruelest insult I have ever heard is "cum dumpster". That just seems really harsh to me.

The definitive insult is calling someone an "ass-butt" as in, "You ass-butt!" or "What a fuckin' ass-butt."

I used to call people ass goblers. Now I just refer to another as a sheep, nut-fuck, peter-puffer, or a tool.
