Snap I think means cool kind of. But I'm not 100% sure about that.

'snap' as in the utterance "OOOOO: snap!" ?
It means sort of the same thing as dag. as in: "Oh, dag!" but with an implication of deliberate infliction by another party.
And that ought to make just about as much sense as the original post.
Actually, my original thought when I saw the title of this thread was: "Yeah; the shift-key."
