Connor: Now you will receive us.
Murphy: We do not ask for your poor or your hungry.
Connor: We do not want your tired and sick.
Murphy: It is your corrupt we claim.
Connor: It is your evil that will be sought by us.
Murphy: With every breath we shall hunt them down.
Connor: Each day we shall spill their blood, till it rains down from the skies.
Murphy: Do not kill, do not rape, do not steal. These are principals that every man of every faith can embrace.
Connor: These are not polite suggestions, these are codes of behaviour and those of you that ignore them will pay the dearest cost.
Murphy: There are varying degrees of evil. We urge you lesser forms of filth not to push the bounds and cross over into true corruption, into our domain.
Connor: For if you you do. One day you will look behind you and you will see we three. And on that day you will reap it.
Murphyy: And we will send you to what ever god you wish.
Connor/Murphy: And shepherds we shall be, for thee my Lord for thee, Power hath descended forth from thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out thy command, we shall flow a river forth to thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be. In nomine padre, et fili et spiritu sancti.

Picking out weapons and gear]
Conner MacManus: You know what we need? Some rope.
Murphy MacManus: What are you, insane?
Conner MacManus: No, I'm serious. Charlie Bronson's always got a rope. In the movies, they've always got rope and they always end up using it.
Murphy MacManus: That's stupid! Name one fucking thing you're gonna need a rope for.
Conner MacManus: It's not what they need it for, they just always need it.
Murphy MacManus: What's this "they" shit? This isn't the movies.
[Murphy picks up a huge commando knife]
Conner MacManus: Oh, is that right, Rambo?
Murphy MacManus: All right, get your stupid fucking rope.

I dug the flick, but the ending did nothing for me. As a matter of fact, I pinpointed the precise moment the movie went sour for me. When Willem Defoe exclaims: "There was a firefiiiiiiiiiiight!" it just totally loses me.
On a rad side note, I work like 2 minutes from the hotel in Copley where they shoot up the Russian mob guys.

I am still amazed that it took me so long to actually see this movie. I loved it. I only saw it months ago and it had been hiding there so long.

Maybe I'm crazy, but this movie did nothing for me. It was just a mish-mash of ideas that jumped from a action movie spoof-to an cliched action movie (complete with slo-mo) and back. The dialog was silly and the plot made no sense. The acting was OK, but seriously folks, NO MAN would think Willem Dafoe in drag was actually a hot chick. This type of unrealism repeated through the whole film just left me with a bad taste in my mouth...

but maybe it's just me..
