there is a bar in nyc that serves bacon-whiskey shots which are simultaniously terrible and delicious.

I rate bacon very highly. I also secretly kind of like not-bacon, the much-maligned bacon alternative for vegos. It's the bacon you're having when you're not baconing.

I had a bacon and egg sandwich yesterday.

If you load turkey bacon with black pepper, it tastes amazingly like real bacon.

Just when I thought I'd be down with anything involving bacon.

Mmm...last night we chopped up bacon and sauteed it with kale, onion, mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, red wine, fresh rosemary, and capers; then tossed it with rotini and bit of sour cream. It's one of my all time favorite meals.

And thus the reason that while I heartily recommend others explore the mysteries of the bacotini, I have yet to plunge into those swampy, turbid waters myself.

^^^I'm both disappointed and relieved (and honestly a little surprised) that nothing like that exists where I live.

If we did have some place offering free bacon, it would undoubtedly be crunchy thus ruining it's porkified goodness.
