I know, they said it, not me. And Aunt Petunia? Yeah, I'll buy that!

Write in and complain then...say you have Welsh relatives and they pay for the UK's Queen too and they are very very annoyed at this slur on HRH and her subjects! biggrin

Aunt Petunia eh?
Hmmm, Uncle Vernon wouldn't like that very much...very nice plot idea.

Harold Pinter didn't write any entertaining kids books? surreal

You should give it a read. The first three are fairly lightweight, but Goblet of Fire has some pretty interesting themes. I forgot I was reading a kids book at times.

I recall hearing somewhere that someone unexpected will be revealed to have magical powers. I'm betting that Aunt Petunia has been under some sort of spell blocking her powers, due to the fact that she is related to you-know-who.

Someone having magical powers that we didn't previously know about? Neville? haha. Aunt Petunia would be the logical guess, but perhaps this is a reference to Mrs. Figg, which everyone kinda already knew.

I still want more thoughts on Percy and Dobby. I think the former has a big chance to alienate from his family in favor of MoM advancement and the latter is a big Trojan Horse.

Will Hermione become just totally bad ass? I see her powers increasing to a huge level. All of the practicing Harry & Hermione did for the tri-wizard cup is going to pay off.

I cannot wait till Saturday.

Is it sad that my excitement about the release of this book just might rival that of my wedding (June 28)? Hahaha, I'm just kidding. Of course I'm more excited about the book, er, um, I mean, wedding. biggrin

I finished it Saturday, and really enjoyed Harry turning into a rebellious, bratty teen.

However, I thought that the events surrounding the death were a little unclear, and also the ending left me slightly unsatisfied- what is happening to Percy Weasley, for example?

Oh, and the reason Voldemort killed Harry's parents was very obvious... but still brilliant.
