I NEED INPUT FOR MY NEXT TATTOO

i was born in 1981. i got a NES in 1985. since then, ive been playing video games. i figure its only fitting that my next tattoo should have something to do with video games

does anyone have any suggestions as to what i should get? you can suggest anything, but id like to stay away from anything that is overtly 'old school' or 'new school' or anything that has to do with a single company or franchise of games. just something that anyone on the street could look at and think, 'video game'

I always liked the Trilobyte logo. I know they specialize in PC games, but they did make the 7th guest and the 11th hour. The gamecube logo? I have most experience from PC games, not consoles, and I get the feeling that you'd like something more "old." Maybe just the plain old Atari logo without the "Atari" under it? The sewer pipe-munchy plant?

I've got nothing here! I'm more into the logo/symbols than getting a character on your arm for eternity. Good luck!

Just get the Nintendo corporate logo...when they go out of business in a few years, it will start showing up on shirts just like the Atari logo, and you'll automatically be hailed as a genius of cool for having anticipated the trend.

You can always incorporate the idea into something bigger. A character playing a game...rocking a joystick or something. There's no one concept per piece rule...mix it up. You could even combine the old and new by having an FF character playing an old arcade box or some crap...pac-man playing DDR (maybe not)...somwthing like that.
