As to crack whores and their assistants, check out the girlie stuff section of jinx hackwear for your crack whore t-shirts. Boys and girls can go to the main t-shirt page for their "Future of America" shirts.

As to jobs....

About fifteen years ago I worked as a dj/barback/dirty work guy at a strip joint out by the airport.

One miserable night I got instructed to mop up some vomit in the mens room. Someone had gotten really sick, really suddenly.

I'd been pretty over the job for some time already, but I dutifully went through the disgusting task of mopping up the puke. While I was doing it a customer entered the bathroom and reacted with disgust.

He started to wash his hands while I continued cleaning and bitching. Finally, having heard my curses and complaints loud and clear he asked me in all sincerity, "Why don't you get another job?"

It was one of those moments that one waits years for. I repressed my smirk, stopped mopping and looked him straight in the eyes.

"What?" I asked. "And give up Show Business?"

towtruck operators

I've always wondered the reasons (besides the money) why people go into occupations like these where they will be universally disliked. Anyone here employed in these occupations or wants to shed any light on this subject?

I think you are looking at tow truck operators in the wrong light.

You live in a city where they tow your car for you parking where it states car will be towed. Obviously you choose to take your chances.

Now what if you are stuck on a bridge or out on a freeway? Then the towtruck operator is ypur best friend! What if you lock your keys in your car? again the tow truck guy is the one to bail you out.

this has been paid for by the towtruck operators of America.

Yeah, I'm sorry I didn't think of it this way, guess I've had a few friends get ripped off by unscrupulous towtruck operators, in situations where they weren't guilty of parking in the wrong place, they were just in a bad scenario.

Yay for good towtruck operators biggrin

People who work for collection agencies. I've only had one experience with them, luckily, but it sucked. I got a credit card in college and couldn't pay it back. It got turned over to collections, and I started getting calls from some fucker who was making it sound like they'd put me in jail if I didn't pay. So I got up the courage to ask my dad to help me borrow the money, and paid them off.

Turns out, though, the fucker was lying to me about what I had to do, and didn't have to do. He was telling me I couldn't set up a payment plan, they had to have all the money right now, but the law says they have to accept payments. And I've heard from other people that these asshats do that to everyone; they try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge of the law to scare you into paying them.

Fuck all of them. They strike me as people a little too chickenshit to actually work for the mob. mad mad mad

OK, that little blast of bile from my past has cheered me up. tongue

Au contraire, I am utterly fascinated with all facets of law enforcement. Would you mind elaborating sometime about what you need to do to become a BEA?

From my reading, you don't need much besides a license to carry a firearm and a driver's license. But I plan on taking any relevant college courses, as well as gun safety courses.
