Ginger mango seitan w/ spinach, in a pita. I'd post the recipe here, but I have limited time. Trust me, it's the best sandwich in the world. Spicy and sweet and something you can sink your teeth into.

That looks amazing.

I always get this sammich at this coffee shop right by campus. It's a club. It has turkey, ham, lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese, italian dressing, and some kind of zesty/spicey sauce that I don't know what it is on 7-grain bread and toasted. It's amazing.

Kraft catalina dressing

Cook the steak to taste. Cut into strips. Put it on the pita. Add a couple pieces of lettuce and dressing to taste.
