waaahhhhh... cgi help... please!

ok, i dont know anything about cgi scripts, but i have to set CHMOD levels for this file... how on earth do i find where to set these?

More details please. Depending on the way you can access your server you can CHMOD permissions either via the UNIX shell or FTP.

I use Transmit with OS X and it allows you to change permissions when you get info on the file. Quite easy to use and change.
