Cowboy Bebop

Still pretty new around here and trying to find things I have in common with some people.
So I'm a huge Cowboy Bebop fan. Probably in an unhealthy way. I bought all 6 of the soundtracks for the show (if there's more, then please let me know). My DVD collection isn't complete yet, but I'm working on it.
So, any Bebop fans out there? MCL

Before I joined this site I didn't know women who liked animae existed, and they're beautiful too.

I saw cowboy bebop once and didn't really give it a chance. I don't own a TV now much less cable to see it again.

I love all kinds of other animae though, and I think all of Tartakofski's cartoons are great.

the first five episodes were fantastic..then they had to introduce edward and she killed the series for me. Dont get me wrong mushroom samba and some of the other later ones were very good as well..but I couldn't get passed that character.

I know what you mean about Ed.. shes pretty annoying.. but i guess you end up getting used to her and she grows on you.. when she left with Ein I was so sad.. (I know its pretty sad getting emotional over an Anime character.. i'm a nerd what can I say)

neon genisis evangelion is my favorite anime right now.

I'm a Trigun fan myself.

I also have the entire series, with some of the good tracks downloaded from WinMX. I'm eagerly awaiting the English dub of "Knocking on Heavens Door". Should be bad ass. The choice for voice acting couldn't be better.

I'm currently watching my RahXephon collection. It's pretty amazing. Made by Gainax, same people that did Evangelion. Not as complex of a story, but it also doesn't include such a whiney kid. More color, and the animation is very crisp. Translations are near perfect.

I used to watch a lot of anime, but I don't really anymore... I play a lot of video games and draw. I'm an illustration major with heavy anime influence... but not because I'm an anime fan, turns out my mom and my dad both draw the same way

i love cowboy bebop. cowboy bebop is one of my best friends. i love session 5 and the last 2. oh man, i cry like a little girl for those. CB is awesome in every way.
they have the subtitled version of knockin on heaven's door by the way, but its not at all the same without the american vioce actors

I'm a HUGE fan of Bebop, I think it's one of the best series, anime or otherwise, ever made.
And I LOVE Radical Ed! How can you not? Ein and her are a fucking team in themselves!
The movie is being released this year into theaters, and the DVD with the original cast doing the Eng Subs is coming soon after. It's the one thing I'm really waiting for, and the new Ghost In The Shell stuff.

8 years later...... I ended up seein' the movie in the theater twice for my birthday. Good friends indeed, for none were anime fans, and yet they enjoyed it. That's how good Cowboy Bebop is.

Cowboy bebop is great. I tivo it XD and I've read the manga. I'm a big anime fan. Truthfully, i wasn't 8 years ago... i discovered it 6 years ago on adult swim.

they're talking about a live action and keanu reeves really wants to be spike. i know he's a real good guy and might look the part but i just don't care, for his acting.

Hm. I don't know how I'd feel about a live action version. I'd just as much prefer a new anime film myself. At least Keanu's a fan of the series. That's pretty cool, but I agree about his acting abilities.
