I make it a habit of renting as many movies dealing with Irish culture I can find.

I'd have to say my all around favorite is "In The Name of the Father"

With "The Commitments" a close second

Snatch is interesting in that Brad Pitt does an actual good job, as an "Irish traveler"...perhaps you saw the commercials.

"Circle of Friends" was pretty good. I love Maeve Binchy's novels.

My favourite "Irish" movie would have to be "The Commitments". It has provided me and my friends with some wonderful quotes. I still can't hear "Mustang Sally" quite the same way.
