Samoas and Thin Mints. My husband loves Do Si Do's.
I really want to try those Ole Ole's. I haven't even seen those.

Girl Scout cookies sound soooo yummy. I wish we had them here.

Heck, I wish we got propper cookies here whatever

xoCherry!!!ox

wait, what?!? you don't have cookies there? that's an outrage!

It might not be a matter of getting cookies, but rather of getting the proper type of cookie. Unfortunately, there is a shortage of perfect cookies in this world. Not all cookies are made equal. I lived abroad for a time in Ecuador and to my great horror, I discovered that Ecuadorian Oreo Cookies are not the same as American Oreos. They're manufactored at a different location and taste, well...wierd. There was something not-so-chocolatey about the chocolate. It was a traumatic discovery. I could handle getting lost on the wrong bus. I could handle the foreign language. I could handle the active volcano, but I couldn't handle the defunct Oreo cookies.

It's Samoas all the way! They're a childhood favorite. I've never been a big fan of Thin Mints. I want to be, but they just don't work. It's like Chinese food and caviar. I keep thinking "I really should like this." So then I try it and I still don't like it. Alas, perhaps I was born without the Thin Mints taste receptor. frown

Samoas own my soul.
Do-Si-Dos are yummy.
Thin Mints are for squares.
Tagalongs are for squares trying to be edgy.
Respect the Trefoils.

hehe...

you drive up to visit me, and I'll gladly donate lots of boxes of samoas to whatever cause you want.

And by donate, I mean eat in front of you because they aren't worth giving up!...

Except for SG girls...

i like thin mints too.. so addictive. i like to bite the chocolate from around the outside and then dip them in milk (because the milk can't get to the cookie part and soak in if you don't eat the chocolate off, silly!)

I agree.

Meh, I think Girl Scout cookies have suffered a serious decline in taste since they made them trans-fat-free. Now they just taste like cookie-flavored cardboard.

I'm a fan of most of the lemon ones, since they have been changing them.
Thin mints are my love, and shortbreads when i feel unwell.

It's funny. I was a girlscout for a long ass time and now I feel like me buying the cookies, makes the cycle complete, since in my mind I don't want children.
