Don Imus is OR was paid to say stupid shit for years and this comment was that offensive- in my opinion. There are other radio shows who are huge that say worse things. Nappy ass hoes- i mean, come on?
What it comes down to is he had a huge fan base so why shut it down because a of few hurt feelings? Who cares? If he would have used an actual racist slur then I could see the argument otherwise just don't listen to the jackass.
This is why censorship in our country is higher now then has been in decades- a handful of crybabies.
Nothing about this incident is a step forward.
