B.C. is heaven compared to half the shit in the funnies. i.e. Mary Worth, Cathy, Family Circus, even Peanuts

Honestly...the only funnies I remember reading as a kid were B.C. and Andy Capp.

Everything else sucked. And there was especially nothing funny about The Family Circus. How in the hell did that writer stay around???

if you see a book of the first year or two of B.C., look through it. the cavemen are horny, and slapsticky, like youd think cavemen should be, not standing around telling lame jokes about golfing.
