That's funny. I read an article earlier this week saying that a judge in New Jersey ruled that it isn't possible to get a DUI on a zamboni. whatever

There have been numerous times where people get charged and convicted of operating any sort of transport while under the influence. The rule of thumb on it is this: If you are under the influence and on anything, horse, lawnmower, bicycle, and on a public roadway, they'll charge ya with DUI.

Now what I am waiting for is a DUI for someone drunk in a wheelchair.

true story, a teacher in my town got a DUI (well, the english equivalent) whilst riding a unicycle.

personally i thought he should have received some kind of medal for just managing to stay on thing whilst drunk.
