Once you’ve made it to the height of your chosen field, what do you do next? Well according to Tool and A Perfect Circle singer Maynard Keenan, what satisfies him at this point is crushing grapes in his backyard. If that sounds like fun to you CBT fans then you’re missing the point. Keenan has figured it out, he’s taken his love for wine and started his own label and vineyard and is taking some heavy risks with his next music project Puscifier.

Check out the official site for Puscifer

It's good to see Maynard working on many things...I'm a ridiculously huge fan. Good interview...it seemed really laid back.

I'm suprised he did an interview here; Puscifer.com used to have a link to www.godsgirls.com (some censorship issued had him take it down). I just thought he'd do an interview with them first. I'm not a member there, so maybe he already has.

Good interview.

How very cool to see an icon of youth all grown up now. I love how he obviously has a very clear presence of mind re: who he is and that he doesn't seem the least bit tweaked by most of the celeb worship thrown his way - aside from the issue of why some folks get his image conspicuously tattooed on their body.

Another great interview, DRE. smile

Speaking of Celeb Worship, MJK is a God among men. Fuck the haters. TEFLON4LYFE.

Good job DRE. I have been a huge fan of Maynard for the past 10 years and I found out a little more about him in this interview then anything else I read.

Puscifer is MJK too? Man, the guy can do no wrong. I'm happy to hear that there's going to be more. I've just got the one song on a soundtrack but I love it to death.

The man is illuminated. I enjoy that which he produces. He has an understanding that it takes most of us a lifetime to acquire. Maybe it was all the DMT. Who knows?

Maynard has always been cool. The music has always been entertaining.
This puscifier thing at first sounded kind of cheesy, like he was trying to reinvent himself, and not very well.

I just went to the webpage for puscifier, and I think I like it better than Tool or APC, heck better than the supposed tapework releases that have been leaked..
He's always produced an ethereal, at times aggressive, often cynical sound.
I think puscifier is hedonistic, and it sounds pretty damn good.

I've seen this profile.
But if he's really a member, why wasn't it brought up?
