if you end up going for this, just do your research!
Teeth are plenty hard enough to cut through muscle (its what they are designed for after all). Only as some other kind soul pointed out, unless i had them sharpened would the shearing forces be increased even if the load were to remain the same. This would apply to both tooth enamel and titanium.
Impact strength is not a measure of hardness btw!
You'd be a sucker not to get some sick canines though. You'd eventually learn not to bite yourself with them.

i meant do your research on getting the mod done correctly, not on titanium... but okay.

That said, I'm not even sure it's possible. As far as I know, you can't just plug fake teeth into empty tooth sockets like light bulbs or legos. I don't know, though, I could be wildly wrong about that.
They're called dentalimplants, and they're something I have to look forward to in later life. They scare the fuck out of me.
With my soft enamel, I know either those or dentures await me. And yes, I'm terrified too.
I have marshmallow enamel too, and I never had a full set of teeth to start with. When I was ten, and thought I'd be less frightened if I could see incredibly graphic photographs of the procedure.
I feel this was the wrong move.
Hah! Me too. I lack the correct amount of teeth, the ones that I have are strangely shaped (the dentist described them as having "bizarre anatomy"), and four of them are baby teeth.
Bad teeth solidarity!
You've got me beat, I've still got two baby canines. I have to sleep with a retainer or I'll grind them away to nothing. It's groteque, and I sound hilarious when I try to talk.

*sighs* People just can resist to flame, and jesus plain old insult! Very nice of you!
I dont look at is as any differant to any other body mod so long as its done by a professional. Why get needles (tattoos and piercings) stuck into perfectly good skin? Cuase it looks cool, in the eyes of the ermm "victim" atleast!
Hell if bones were visable id get them coated in metal! Pity adamantium if a fictional material :p
I'm actually shocked no one DID insult you, considering that you come off as completely moronic.
