When you have to produce as much work as I do, it is inevitable that some things will fall through the cracks. ThatÂ’s what happened after I got to interview Judy Greer for the DVD of The Great New Wonderful. The Great New Wonderful is a well acted dramatic film about how 9/11 has affected a number of different sets of people. Greer plays Allison Burbage one half of a married couple they must deal with the fact that their son has weight issues.
Since I first spotted Greer as Esther Bloomenbergensteinenthal...
I've been a fan for awhile and am really glad to see her interviewed here.
(Thanks, DRE and SG, for that.)
She is clearly one of the smarter people working in her profession these days and it's great to see her stretching and laying the groundwork for the next phase of her career.
I hope it's a long one, and that I get to work with her one day myself.
I saw her on as I was getting off a path train in NYC 4 yrs back. My friend and I did one of those double looks. Was that Fern Mayo?? I smiled and she smiled back......now shes a star and doesn't even think twice about that moment we bonded
