Right, everyone takes breaks and slacks a bit while working. When you work at home, that means going for a walk, or petting the cat, maybe playing a round of Katamari, or making a sandwich. At an office, it means staring into space or smoking or reloading blog sites while paranoid that your boss will catch you.

Not necessarily. My office is nothing like that (and we have a Wii and an Xbox 360).
not all of us are so lucky... unfortunately companies don't advertise 'super cool workplace' in their ads so i am just not applying at the right places!!
