This'll be great, too! One thing though... Can you put the YouTube clips under spoilers? Seems to take a long time to load a page full of them. smile

Like batshit. And we're only in the 90's, so i'm sure we'll see Harold & Kumar or Super Troopers in here at some point in here. I'm might have to cancel my membership, if that's the case.

This follows Citizen Kane, Fargo, The Passion of Joan of Arc, Alien and Annie Hall, any one of which is a better movie than anything that came after them so far. I mena, I wouldn't expect tons of Passion fans, but Citizen Kane? Was it too much of a cliche for people to put it on their lists? And Annie Hall, which may be the best romantic comedy I can think of? Damn, people.

People should remember that the original thread Actinidia posted asked for people's favorite movies. Not their best movies.

My favorite movie list is far different than my best movie list. Ghostbusters is easily in my top three in one and probably doesn't crack the top 20 in the other.

Yeah, I thought about that after I posted, and then I remembered what movies I probably listed.

well said and thank you.

needs to be an announcement at the beginning of the thread saying "please check film snobbery and cultural elitism at the door...or you could just go hang out on the music boards. thank you"

Oh, please. The whole reason lists exist is so you can bitch about them.
