Few filmmakers have had as interesting a career as Keith Gordon. Gordon first became known as actor in the 80s for films like Dressed to Kill, Back to School and Christine. After ten years in the business, Gordon took a deep plunge with adapting the classic The Chocolate War, which was just recently screened at the American Cinematheque in Los Angeles. Since then Gordon has carved out a niche in American movies directing dark and often disturbing dramas like Waking the Dead and The Singing Detective.
Nice one. Seems like a level headed guy. I just saw him, around halloween, on show about horror movies. He was talking about Christine, and I was wondering what he was doing these days, why he stopped acting. Now I know. Cool.
