Kazakhstan should get a sense of humor. This movie made our country look ignorant, everyone knows that he's kidding about Kazakhstan. I was sitting there hoping that the rest of the world doesn't think that all of us are like that......

BTW, I felt bad for the jewish couple, the people in the elevator, conference and even the christians that he mocks. I know a lot of people take issue with fundamental churches but they are trying to fix a serious problem in our society and culture. I just happen to disagree with their methodology but I see the same problems.

Keri, were you surprised by how your town acted? I think they realized he was a freak after a couple lines but clapped because he was talking about the President and War.

While I do think that aspects of Borat's humor are outside of the bounds of what I'd normally consider acceptable, I don't think he's exploitative. He basically let's people make asses of themselves.
