This is a video of people waiting in line for a shot at buying PS3 on the 17th, despite numerous reports that distribution numbers will be smaller than expected. This footage was taken near Union Square in New York City.

Are these people brave, hard-core, or just lacking lives? You be the judge. Anybody out there with a laptop care to comment from the front lines, so to speak?

saw a line this morning at a bestbuy in jersey for the PS3...still rather short actually. Its funny.

There is no hole in that logic. They are spending other peoples' money. Like their parents'. Not all of them, but I'd be a large number of them.
