yeah, i loved it too. at first, it took me a bit to get into the way it was edited, all quick cuts and jumps between the two leads, but then i just got into the story. great cast (wahlberg and baldwin had me laughing so fucking hard, but dicaprio was amazing), great twists, so fucking fun. i'm going to have to go see it again.

welcome back marty.

See, I love movies like that, where everyone dies in the end. And I love the way they did his death. No fanfare or slo-mo or long death scene. Just BLAM! Awesome.

i seriously didn't expect it. hell, i didn't even know how the movie would end when costigan and sullivan meet up at the police department. the next fifteen minutes or so of unexpected head shots was a far better ending than anything i could have imagined.
